Low-Risk Experimentation
Trying an unfamiliar stack or role in your day job can feel risky. In a hackathon, the stakes are low, feedback is immediate, and guidance is plentiful. You can experiment with data exploration, prompt engineering, hardware hacking, or devops pipelines, while teammates complement your gaps. If something fails, you’ve learned cheaply. If it clicks, you have direction. Repeat a few sprints, track your energy across tasks, and patterns emerge that point to the right next role or specialization.
